 Hill Farm Fresh Wild Yam Balancing Cream is crafted in small batches from quality ingredients.

 Ingredients includes herbal-infused virgin olive oil, unrefined shea butter, mango butter, hexane-free castor oil and Clary Sage and Frankincense essential oils.  Our carefully formulated cream contains the whole wild yam root as well as Wild Yam Root extract .  Wild Yam Root has anti-inflammatory properties that support the adrenal glands throughout menstrual, peri menopause and menopause.  

Wild Yam - Oestrogen-like compounds in wild yam may help ease menopausal symptoms.  Wild Yam root does not contain hormone precursers however it does has an influence on our hormonal system. It contains anti-inflammatory properties that help support the adrenal glands throughout menopause.  Wild yam can aid in treating menstrual cramps, nausea and morning sickness, inflammation, osteoporosis, menopausal symptoms. 

Chaste Tree  ( Vitex agnus-castus)- Can be beneficial for managing symptoms of PMS, infertility, irregular menstrual cycles, and menopause. Chaste berry supports health level of hormones Prolactin, Progesterone and Estradiol. Helps with healthy mood, better quality sleep, breast health and reproductive health. 

Red Clover- Red Clover contains plant chemicals called isoflavones. Estrogen levels decline as women venture towards menopause and the estrogen-like qualities of isoflavones may help reduce menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes and night sweats. It has also been shown in studies to positively affect bone health and high cholesterol. 

Clary Sage-  Clary sage oil contains sclareol which mimics the effects of estrogen in the body. So, Clary sage may help in reducing some of the symptoms of menopause including hot flashes. 

Frankincense- Anti-inflammatory, balances hormone levels through regulation of oestrogen production  

 
Directions for use: 

Use consistently and give it time for optimum results (2-3 months).

Use twice daily until your period starts, then re-start the cycle. 

For Premenstrual  or Peri Menopause symptoms: apply 2 pumps of cream alternating application sites between neck, décolletage, breasts, inner upper arms, abdomen and inside of thighs.  Use once or twice daily. You can apply the cream three weeks out of the month, taking a 7 day break from the first day of your period. If you have irregular periods, just stop using cream for 7 days on the first day of period.    For maximum absorption,  rotate application sites.

For Menopause: apply 2 pumps of cream to a soft tissue area of the body, inner thigh or abdomen, once or twice daily. For maximum absorption,  rotate application sites.

For Men: apply 2 pumps to a soft tissue area of the body once or twice daily. For maximum absorption, always rotate application sites. Apply cream am and pm, without
any cycle or breaks.

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Please consult your doctor before using 

If you have any serious medical conditions. Do not use while this product while using  any other HRT, progesterone, progestins or birth control pill/hormones.

Shelf Life: 18 months when stored in a cool/dry place.
